Job Description
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
We’re looking for a skilled maintenance technician to support our main production facility. This role focuses on diagnosing issues, determining solutions, and completing repairs that keep production running safely and efficiently.
What This Role Involves
- Diagnosing and repairing industrial electrical systems
- Mechanical troubleshooting and equipment repair within the plant
- Minor fabrication projects and custom repairs as needed
- Assessing issues and determining appropriate fixes
- Taking ownership of maintenance work from diagnosis through completion
- Balancing preventative maintenance when possible with reactive repair needs
- Communicating clearly with production and management regarding repairs and priorities
Jobsite Involvement
- Occasional jobsite visits related to product issues or design-related adjustments
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with industrial electrical systems
- Solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Comfortable working independently and making repair decisions
- Focus on safety, reliability, and long-term solutions
Pay is based on experience.
