Engineered Building Design, L.C. has an immediate opening for a Logistics Coordinator. The successful candidate must have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office. As this position is a resource for the whole office, time management skills are required. General office skills such as copying, scanning, faxing & filing are required. Other duties include, but are not limited to the following: prepare all shipping paperwork and related DOT permits, customer billing, incoming phone calls, customer reception, new job order set-up and maintaining DOT compliant driver files. In this position you will work closely with managers, salesmen, customers, drivers & co-workers to coordinate & ensure load commitments are being fulfilled; monitor load/driver movement & coordinate relays as necessary.
Non-peak hours are 6:30am – 4pm, Monday – Friday with a 30 minute lunch. Peak hours are 6:30am – 5pm, with a 30 minute lunch.
